Cutting Body Fat Diet
One of the most important questions I get is about how to cut body fat quickly, and although exercising is one of the most critical factors, your diet is even more integral to giving you killer results.
You will want to use this as an outline for your daily nutrition plan and make slight adjustments based on your body weight, energy levels and goals, but don’t worry I’ll provide guidance for you along the way.
Some important things to remember is that you first should have a clear concept in mind when you are cutting body fat. You need to remember that your calorie expenditure needs to be more than your calorie intake. Don’t get caught up in counting calories though, that will take you down the wrong path.
Instead just remember that when cutting body fat that means you won’t be able to increase muscle mass at the same time simply because increase muscle mass will require the opposite – an excess of calorie coming in.

6 egg whites
2 table spoons salsa
1/4 cup raw oats
1 protein smoothie with frozen blueberries and low carb whey protein (Try: Optimum 100% Natural Whey or Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion)
Omega 3 fish oil supplement (Try: NOW Ultra Omega-3 or AllMax Nutrition Omega 3
1 multi-vitamin (Try: Optimum Opti-Women or Optimum Opti-Men)
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup reduced-fat Greek Yogurt
6oz grilled chicken breast
1 cup quinoa
1 cup steamed brocolli
1/4 cup carrots
